Pin Stripe jacket and pin strip skirt (rip the edges) and paint your face to look like a skull. Shoes…Just get some black heels or flats and get little plastic spiders. Glue the spiders to the front of the shoe.

OK! and make your lashes SUPER long or juts get fake ones.

I have been searchin the web forever it seems like and cannot find a jack skellington costume for a toddler. Any ideas?
Thank you for your ideas. I was searching for a friend who is obsessed with jack and wants to dress her 17 mo old up as him for halloween. I didnt find one for her to buy but did find great ideas on making it herself, so I’ll give her the links and let her decide if she wants to make it or not. Again thank you all!
